Smoking Cessation Course Starts Thursday At Ardmore Free Library

If you're looking to quit smoking, the six-week course could be the trick to kicking the habit.

ARDMORE, PA – The Ardmore Free Library is hosting a free smoking cessation course to help smokers kick the habit. Classes in the six-week course begin Thursday, Aug. 24 at the library.

Main Line Health is teaming up with the Ardmore Free Library to offer a free six-week behavior modification program that is designed to help smokers quit.

Classes will be held from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on the following dates:

  • Thursday, Aug. 24
  • Thursday, Aug. 31
  • Thursday, Sept. 7
  • Thursday, Sept. 14
  • Tuesday, Sept. 19
  • Thursday, Sept. 28

Some participants may be eligible to receive free Nicotine Replacement Therapy, as well.
