Two Charged With Disorderly Conduct For Public Urination

In separate incidents, Lower Merion Police arrested two individuals on public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges.

At least in two recent cases, bathrooms have proven less popular than usual in Ardmore, according to Lower Merion Township Police reports released Tuesday, Sept. 7.

In separate incidents, two individuals were arrested by township police on public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges after being caught urinating in public, according to the police.

A 51-year old Ardmore resident was said to have left John Henry's Pub in Ardmore on Aug. 30, and instead of using the bar's facilities, proceeded to urinate on the wall of Stuard's Funeral Directors, according to the police report.

He was arrested on public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges and spent the night in custody according to police.

On Saturday, Sept. 4,  a 21-year-old woman, was found squatting to pee in a parking lot adjacent to Bella Italia on East Lancaster Avenue in Ardmore, according to police. She was arrested on public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges.
