Video: Welcome to Ardmore-Merion-Wynnewood Patch

As the editor of Ardmore-Merion-Wynnewood Patch, it is my pleasure to welcome you for the first time to our site!

What is Patch?

Like our many sister sites springing up throughout the country, Ardmore-Merion-Wynnewood Patch is a "hyperlocal" news source reporting exclusively on the news and events in the community. Think of us as your very own daily newspaper, without the print version.

Ardmore-Merion-Wynnewood Patch will report on everything in town, from student activities at the schools to government meetings on Lancaster Avenue. If it happens in Ardmore, Merion or Wynnewood, it will be on Ardmore-Merion-Wynnewood Patch. Look under our news tab for stories about business, government, opinion, police and fire news, schools and sports.

We hope the site also will serve as a valuable resource to members of the community. We've created a directory of all the business, government and community sites in the area to provide you with all of the information you need to know about Basking Ridge.

Need an auto mechanic, a new barber, or looking for a place to grab a quick, cheap bite to eat? Head over to our directory and browse around for the place that looks right for you.

Patch also posts events and announcements for all of the meetings and happenings in town. Our aim is to have everything you need to know about what is going on in town in one place. And to accomplish that goal, we want you to be involved. Feel free to post your own events and announcements, comment on our stories, and most importantly, let us know what you want to hear.

Ardmore-Merion-Wynnewood Patch is not only about the community – it is for the community. As the site's editor, I want to hear what you think of the work we are doing. What can we do to help get you the information you need to know? Let me know by sending me an email to nathan@patch.com or by stopping to chat when you see me in town.

Thanks, and I hope you enjoy the site.
