Water Main Work To Close Lower Merion Road Through January 2024
Aqua Pennsylvania will be working on water mains along Conshohocken State Road weekdays through late January 2024. See closure details here.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Conshohocken State Road in Lower Merion Township will have weekday closures through late January 2024 due to Aqua Pennsylvania work.
According to PennDOT, Aqua will be doing water main construction work from Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023 through Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024.
Drivers will encounter the closure between Hagys Ford and Righters Mill roads.

The closure will be in effect weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
During the closure, drivers will be directed to use Hollow Road, Interstate 76, Rock Hill Road, and Conshohocken State Road/Route 23.

Local access will be maintained up to the work zone.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through or near the work areas because backups and delays will occur.
