Wynnewood Road Traffic Restricted This Week
PennDOT said Wynnewood Road in Lower Merion Township will be restricted due to a major resurfacing project.
LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Road resurfacing work will affect traffic in Lower Merion Township this week, according to PennDOT.
PennDOT said Wynnewood Road will have lane restrictions this week due to crews doing high friction surface treatment on the road.
Restrictions will be in place each day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Drivers will find the lane restrictions between Clothier and Penn Roads.
Work on this project will be in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and state Department of Health guidance as well as a project-specific COVID-19 safety plan, which will include protocols for social distancing, use of face coverings, personal and job-site cleaning protocols, management of entries to the jobsite, special signage and relevant training.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because slowdowns will occur.
