Armed Robbery At Bala Cynwyd Restaurant Sunday Night

Two armed men forced the manager back into the restaurant and took cash as well as the manager's cell phone Sunday night, police said.

BALA CYNWYD, PA — A Bala Cynwyd restaurant was robbed at gunpoint Sunday night, according to Lower Merion Township Police.

Police said at about 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 4, an armed robbery occurred at The Blue Fin Restaurant on City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.

The restaurant's manager was approached by two men in the parking lot and forced back into the restaurant, which was closed, police said.

Police said the men demanded cash from the manager.

They ran off with cash and the manager's cell phone, police said.

The suspects were described as black men who were wearing dark clothing and masks, police said.
