Create a piece that expresses something about a memory or feeling about something you remember about the summertime. YOGA206 BONE BOOST is an in-person all-levels 60 minutes mat &amp; chair yoga class focusing on bone strength with safely adapted yoga poses. Class is intended for participants of all levels, age 50+. Participants must be able to safely sit on and rise from a mat. 
Choose from a virtual class on Tuesday OR an in-person class on Wednesday. 
Choose from two packages: four classes at $68 or six classes at $102. Payment before class is mandatory.&nbsp; Classes are from July 7/8- August 18/19.
A recording of the virtual class will be available to access for seven days.

Horsham, PA - Sunday, August 23; 12:00 – 8:00 PM.The Ukrainian Folk Festival &amp; Summer Concert 2026 will be held at the Ukrainian American Sport Center (<a href="https://www.tryzub.org/" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">www.tryzub.org</a>), County Line and Lower State Roads, Horsham, PA. 
Exciting, spectacular, dazzling, breathtaking, exhilarating, spirited, soulful, enchanting, captivating, and intriguing – modest words which describe but by no means capture the essence of Ukrainian folk art, music, song and dance.From the rich color and deep symbolism of the delicate “pysanka” (Ukrainian Easter Egg) to the thunderous, power, rhythm and strength of “HOPAK” – the world’s most exciting ethnic dance, and every brilliant “Kolomiyka” (polka) and soulful folk song in between, experience the UKRAINIAN FOLK FESTIVAL 2026, celebrating the 35th anniversary of our ancestral homeland’s independence. Enjoy an outdoor summer stage concert and show (1:30 to 4:30 PM), live orchestra music (4:30 – 8:00 PM), traditional Ukrainian foods and baked goods, BBQ pit, standard picnic fare, vendors grove, arts and crafts displays and bazaar, cool adult and soft refreshments, Live exhibitors of Ukrainian history and Ukrainian hospitality.

A Resplendent Outdoor Summer Concert (1:30 to 4:30 pm) Marking Ukraine’s Independence, the Unity of her People, and their Gallant Twilight Struggle for Freedom, Prosperity and Dignity
