July 31, 2026 at 1:00 PM: "Global Warming”, Part 2: Dr. Alyssa Stark comes to Narberth Borough Hall during the small Summer Lunch Party on Friday, July 31 to continue to discuss the various ways that climate change has impacted the animal kingdom. Join her after the party for an informative afternoon looking at the effects of the changing environment on those with whom we share our wonderful, fragile world.
Menu: Fried Chicken, Tossed Salad, Corn, Potato Wedges, Ice Cream (Please register for the dining part of this event by July 22.) <strike>

"Secrets of the Animals" After the Summer Lunch Party at New Horizons

YOGA206 BONE BOOST is an in-person all-levels 60 minutes mat &amp; chair yoga class focusing on bone strength with safely adapted yoga poses. Class is intended for participants of all levels, age 50+. Participants must be able to safely sit on and rise from a mat. 
Choose from a virtual class on Tuesday OR an in-person class on Wednesday. 
Choose from two packages: four classes at $68 or six classes at $102. Payment before class is mandatory.&nbsp; Classes are from July 7/8- August 18/19.
A recording of the virtual class will be available to access for seven days.

Special Date: Tuesday, July 7 at 1:00 PM: Stop by Ashbridge and join the discussion of what services provide the most benefit.&nbsp; A representative will note down your concerns and address them in subsequent meetings.&nbsp; Come make your voice heard!

All meals are free, but donations are always appreciated.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please order at least two days in advance of the day you would like a lunch (or lunches) in order to be guaranteed you are included in our count.
