Robin Daniels, E-500 RYT, will lead the class which will expand your understanding of yoga. This course may be used towards the 200-hour yoga teacher training through Focus Fitness of the Mainline.
The course will cover: An in-depth exploration of the Universal Principles of Alignment. The History of Yoga and an Understanding of Non-Dual Tantra. Application of the Universal Principles of Alignment in Level 1 and 2 Syllabus Poses The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, also known as The Eight Limbs of Yoga. Varying forms of pranayama or breathing tequniques. The anatomy of the body on the physical and subtle body levels. Insights on chanting, contemplation and journal writing.
