1st Annual Cynwyd Heritage Trail 5K Run & 1 Mile Walk

Purpose: Friends of the Cynwyd Heritage Trail, the Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwydand West Laurel Hill Cemetery are organizing the first annual 5k run, 1 mile walk to support improvements to the Cynwyd Heritage Trail

Location: Barmouth Trailhead, Levering Mill Road near Belmont Ave. Check in starts at 12 PM. The Race is at 1PM and the Walk will start at 1:15 PM. Limited parking is available at the Barmouth and Bala Playground trail heads and at Sid’s Automotive at the corner of Belmont and Levering Mill Rd.

Awards: Race: Male and Female in Overall and 6 age groups, including 18 & under Walk: All registered participants receive a medal

Entry: Race: $25 online before April 25th, $30 day-of, limited to 150 entrants Walk: $25 per family of up to 5, $3 for each additional child; $10 per individual
Take part in the first annual race on the new Cynwyd Heritage Trail. T-shirts and prizes, water on the course. Also food and fun for the whole family. Walk participants follow a self-guided tour of scenic West Laurel Hill Cemetery. Amenities:
