Improve your running form to prevent injuries, increase your efficiency, and perform at your best! Proper running form will help all runners regardless of ability or footwear, but is especially important for natural or minimal running shoes. Tim Pappas of CrossFit King of Prussia will discuss issues with running form, demonstrate form drills, and provide a brief workout for all participants.
