New Bala Cynwyd Café Wins 'Best Of Philly' Category

BALA CYNWYD, PA — A new café on the Main Line has already earned high accolades, as it was named a winner in Philadelphia Magazine's "Best of Philly 2021" list.

The publication recently released the winners in the annual list.

The Landing Kitchen in Bala Cynwyd earned a win in this year's list.

Philly Mag honored the new spot with the best "2021 Pit-Stop Meal" designation.

Here's what the magazine said about The Landing Kitchen:

Up in Bala Cynwyd, Nick Elmi and Fia Berisha opened a little all-day cafe overlooking the Schuylkill, totally accessible to the ribbons of hiking and biking trails in the area. When you’re done with your morning trek, there are expert coffee drinks, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. When you’re about to go mountain-biking and need some fuel, there’s a brioche grilled cheese served (if you want) with a hefty dollop of black caviar (you do).

The Landing Kitchen is located at 617 Righters Ferry Road in Bala Cynwyd. The folks behind The Landing Kitchen are also panning to open Lark, which will focus on Mediterranean style cuisine.
