Accused Baldwin Rapist Arrested Again
Charles Lantzy was arrested after allegedly staring at his alleged victim when she visited a family member.

BALDWIN, PA - An accused rapist has been arrested after violating the conditions of his bond. Charles Lantzy, 48, of Baldwin was taken into custody Tuesday, the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office announced.
Lantzy allegedly assaulted a 16-year-old female who was babysitting his child in April 2019. He was arrested an charged with rape forcible compulsion, sexual assault, aggravated assault, indecent assault without consent, indecent assault without consent of others, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and intimidation of a witness-victim.
Lantzy was under pre-trial house arrest and and confined to his home. But according to the sherifff's office, he lives near the alleged victim's grandmother's residence and would come outside to stare at her when she visited the grandmother.

A bench warrant was issued for his arrest Tuesday, and he was taken to the Allegheny County Jail without incident.
According to the sheriff's office, Lantzy has been arrested more than 60 times since 1991.
