BALDWIN, PA - Nearly 70 veteran Baldwin-Whitehall School District teachers had base salaries of $90,000 or more in 2016-17, Pennsylvania Department of Education records indicate. An average teacher salary base of $70,508 ranked Baldwin-Whitehall 21st among Allegheny County’s 43 school districts.
