Dear Baldwin-Whitehall School District Parents and Guardians:
Find out what's happening in Baldwin-Whitehallfor free with the latest updates from Patch.
The District has been made aware that some parents have not been getting email communications that have been sent from our mass notification system, Skylert.
In trying to find the source of the communication disconnect, we have found a few potential areas of concern. One of the main areas seems to be that messages from the District have been designated as spam either by internet/email providers or by the designated recipient. Additionally, we have found that many recipients have chosen to block messages from the SKYLERT system. This may be related to parents not wishing to get weather related notices at early hours of the morning throughout the winter, however the systems are the same and to block messages of one type would result in all messages being blocked.

Regardless of the source of the disconnect, the District has no way to complete a systemic unblocking of accounts, etc. The only way to correct the problem and begin to receive messages again is to contact the District individually.
