Good Morning,
Find out what's happening in Baldwin-Whitehallfor free with the latest updates from Patch.
Since the release of the BWSD Preliminary Reopening Plan for the 2020-21 school year, the District has received a phenomenal level of response. I would like to thank everyone for their thoughtful feedback and questions as to what plan is best for their child or children. As of this morning, we have received over 1100 commitments for either the hybrid or remote learning plan as well as nearly 650 questions/comments. We realize that many parents are in need of more information prior to making their decision. To that end, the District will be extending the deadline for parents to submit their commitment form to Friday, August 7, 2020. Our goal will be to organize the questions and feedback that we have received into a comprehensive FAQ document, having it ready for parents' use earlier next week.
Our children's education is one of the most important decision in our lives, and as such, I want to be sure that parents have as much information as possible in order to make their decision.

Randal A. Lutz, Ed.D.
