Hundreds of citizens have organized to form Baldwin-Whitehall Citizens for School Board Excellence. This community group came together because of the events of November 19, 2013. We still have not heard the truth and we still have many questions. The integrity of the board is tarnished and needs repaired but no one is attempting to repair it.
We all know they are just waiting for everyone to just go away, we as parents, tax payers, home owners and residents can't go away. We owe it to our community to stay focused and help bring excellence to the school board once again.
The mission of the community group is:
"To maintain a watchful presence over the Baldwin-Whitehall School Board"
- That the board policies are adhered to.
- That ethical standards are upheld.
- That open meeting laws are honored.
- That acts of self-interest are eliminated.
- That the line between governance and management is not crossed.
