Brentwood-Whitehall-Carrick-Pleasant Hills Liquor Stores Not Included in Hours-Expansion

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board announced on Monday that it is extending the hours at 102 of its more-than-600 state-owned retail outlets, effective immediately.

More than a dozen state stores in western Pennsylvania will either open up to two hours earlier or close up to two hours later, but that does not include the stores at Caste Village, in Brentwood Towne Square, along Brownsville Road in Pittsburgh's Carrick neighborhood or in Pleasant Hills Borough's Bill Green Shopping Center.

"The board regularly analyzes store operations, whether it be location, staffing levels or hours, to make sure its retail outlets are best serving consumers while still maximizing returns to the commonwealth," according to a news release.
