Community Golf Day

The Brentwood-Baldwin-Whitehall Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a first-come first-served Community Golf Day at the South Hills Country Club in Whitehall Borough on July 1.

Groups interested in tee times—at least one member of the group must be a resident of one of the three boroughs—may still have a chance to play all 18 holes of the country club's course for just $70 per person, a price that includes cart rental.

Representatives of the chamber of commerce, whose efforts are supported by funds raised by this event and others, were still looking for groups to play as of June 13. But space is going fast.

Those interested in playing should complete this registration form ASAP and send it and a check made payable to "BBW Chamber of Commerce" to B-B-W Chamber of Commerce (ATTN: Mary Dilla), 3501 Brownsville Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15227.

This is the chamber's eighth annual Community Golf Day. Tee times go from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The B-B-W Chamber recently settled on new officers for 2013-14: President Steve Gardiner of Eber & Associates Insurance, Vice President Mary Ann Laudato of Pittsburgh Asphalt Company and Treasurer Barb Allemang of Allemang Concrete & Masonry.
