Eco Engineers Summer Camp in South Hills
A fun science and engineering summer camp for grades 1-5 in south fayette

Eco Engineers
July 20 – 24 at the South Fayette Township Library
1:00pm – 2:30pm for grades 1-2
3:00pm – 4:30 for grades 3-5
This summer at the library, we are looking for crafty kids to become our crew of scientists, engineers, and designers. Each day, you will be presented with the knowledge, skills, and supplies you’ll need come up with creative solutions to challenges. Can you design a tower that can withstand an earthquake? Can you help us find a creative way to clean up an oil spill in our model river? We need your help to examine and test some ruby and emerald specimens given to us by our gem-dealing friends, Suspicious Sally and Questionable Quincy, to determine if any are fake!. Come ready to put your imagination to work designing new machines that can help our environment powered by solar and wind energy. We’ll think about and design new futuristic ways to travel, consider the cities of the future & more!
