Beginner Tai Chi For Health

Enjoy the slow flowing movement of tai chi, helping to soothe your mind while gently strengthening your body. Improve your balance, flexibility and concentration. Reduce stress, stiffness and pain while building self confidence and vitality. This eight week course, taught by Gurney Bolster, MA, DTR and will be held in the library's program room.

Cost: $50/8 sessions and can be paid to the instructor at the first class. Class size is limited to 15. Call the library to register by September 28th. To check for available space as of this date, call the library at 412-885-2255.
