Family Playshop is a fun, active yoga class for parents and children ages 3-9. Classes feature a theme, interactive songs and stories. Autumn Timko, the instructor, focuses on safe body mechanics and proper alignment, always reminding students to listen to their bodies, let go of our expectations and not take ourselves too seriously.
