Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) services are a prescribed medically necessary service under the Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Program, working with those ages 3 to 21. Therapeutic Staff Support services provide one-on-one interventions to a child or adolescent at home, school, day care, YMCA, other community-based program or community setting when the behavior without this intervention would require a more restrictive treatment or educational setting. TSS will utilize child-specific antecedent, behavioral/teaching, consequent and reinforcement intervention techniques, structured activities specifically for that child, de-escalation techniques and additional psychosocial rehabilitative activities as prescribed in the treatment plan.

Call Center Operator for St. Moritz Security Services (Whitehall Borough)

Operator will work out of the 24-hour International Communication Center located in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Main responsibilities include answering incoming phone calls to the ICC to ensure excellent customer service and to direct calls to appropriate personnel.
