Man Dies After Baldwin Bar Brawl
Mark Thompson died Thursday, four days after the altercation at the Loose Moose tavern.
BALDWIN, PA — A man injured in fight Sunday night at a popular Brownsville Road tavern died Thursday.
Mark Thompson, 51, of Pittsburgh, died at an area hospital. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office has yet to release the cause of death.
Thompson was attempting to break up a fight at the bar when he was knocked to the floor, punched and kicked by Zachary Blake of Pittsburgh, according to a criminal complaint. Blake, 22, already faces aggravated assault and other charges in connection with the incident.
