Looking for a cold drink on a hot day? Here's your chance to get a free Slurpee.
Monday is national free Slurpee day at 7-Elevens around the United States in celebration of the gas station-and-convenience-store chain's birthday. And, of course, today is 7/11.
Luckily for thirsty Baldwin-Whitehall residents, they won't have to go far to get a free cool treat. There is a where you can walk away with a Slurpee served in a special 7.11-ounce cup. A total of 5 million Slurpees are expected to be given away on Monday throughout the country, according to 7-Eleven.
