BALDWIN, PA - Last week’s flash flooding led to the collapse of two retaining walls that has forced Schuette Road to be closed indefinitely between Streets Run Road and Willett Road.
Local traffic will still be allowed access, but all other motorists should use the following detour:
- Streets Run Road to Prospect Road.
- Prospect to Brownsville Road.
- Brownsville to Churchview Avenue.
- Churchview to Schuette.
The Allegheny County Department of Public Works could provide no information on when repairs might be completed and the road reopened.
