Sewage Backups

I know I'm not alone in Baldwin with backup into my basement when it rains.  Anyone else out there having the same issue as me and my neighbors?  Did you know that the borough is responsible for stopping this?  I've been doing a lot of research and contacting groups like Stormworks, Alcosan to find out more about how we can get our borough to help us.  We need to work together to make our voices heard so they do something about this problem in our community.  If there is interest, I'd like to plan a meeting for us to get the facts and go to the borough meetings to make our concerns heard so something gets done.
