Located in Baldwin-Whitehall, near the intersection of Rte. 51 & Brownsville Road, this position is responsible for coordinating security coverage for requests from various clients, ensuring the best rate and quality of service is obtained. Security requests could include but are not limited to retail standing guards, executive protection, jewelry escorts, alarm responses and ATM technician meets. Track, collect and process data entry files into various computer programs to maintain accurate records for affiliates, clients and financial purposes. Additionally will serve as a customer service role to ensure clients are satisfied with service.
Essential Duties:
•Answer incoming phone calls to the ICC ensuring excellent customer service and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
•Scheduling and coordinating security coverage for requests from clients and forwarding on inquiries to appropriate staff for new potential clients.
•Negotiate payroll and billing rates within set guidelines to ensure most favorable rates are achieved.
•Provide follow up to requests to ensure coverage is provided in accordance with client needs by conducting inquiry phone calls and follow up surveys.
•Perform dispatching and follow up functions, to include completion of required forms as directed by supervisor or management. Completes the dispatch process to insure that all calls are completed expeditiously and efficiently.
•Utilize resources such as Internet Explorer, phone books, professional organization member listings, and referrals to assist in recruiting additional subcontractors.
•Prepares contract addendums for review by ICC Manager, ACG for all details scheduled and maintains complete and accurate files of completed addendums and requests for services.
•Reviews, verifies and enters affiliate and employee timesheets into various computer programs for financial processing within given deadlines.
•Complete billing sheets and enters new jobs in various computer programs and databases.
•Compute periodic reports, analyze data and conduct special studies in providing accurate and efficient record keeping.
•Review subcontractor files to answer questions from authorized individuals.
Formal Education:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•College certificate or Associates Degree preferred.
Prior Experience:
•Minimum of one year prior customer service experience.
•1 year experience working with computers in a professional setting.
•One year prior experience coordinating/scheduling details relating to various aspects of retail or security is desired.
