This winter, a lot of people had problems with gas and water lines. Two drums are STILL in someone's yard. Part of this is digging and fixing the lines. On Carriage, EVERY yard is torn up, along with the whole street and some of McAnulty. they haven't worked in over two weeks. What gives?
