Traffic Shifting Friday On Route 837 Near Baldwin

BALDWIN, PA - Motorists who use Route 837 in nearby West Homestead should be aware traffic in the construction zone will be shifted on Friday.

At 9 a.m., southbound Route 837 traffic will be shifted onto the newly completed southbound lanes on the bridge near the Whemco building between Route 885 and Eighth Avenue. Northbound Route 885 traffic will maintain a single-lane configuration and the ramp to northbound Route 885 will remain closed.

Expect short-term traffic stoppages in the work area from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily through September 1.
