Traffic Trouble Expected Thursday Near Glass Run Road

BALDWIN, PA - Traffic stoppages of as long as 10 minutes could occur Thursday on Route 885 near Baldwin as PennDOT conducts a lane shift.

Between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., southbound Route 885 traffic will be shifted into the right lane between the Glenwood Bridge and Glass Run Road. Once the shift is completed, southbound Route 885 traffic will be maintained in a single 11-foot lane through late November.

The shift is part of the ongoing $16.9 million bridge deck replacement project that is expected to be completed in December.
