Treadmill Accident Killed 5-Year-Old: Officials
The horrifying incident occurred at the child's home on Sunday.
WHITEHALL, PA - The 5-year-old boy found dead Sunday in his family’s Glowood Drive home died in a treadmill accident, authorities said.
Ashim Gurung died of compression of the neck, the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office determined. The manner of death was ruled accidental.
