Baldwin High School Athletics Hall Of Fame Inducting Trio

The ceremony will occur Friday at the Highlanders' game against North Hills.

BALDWIN, PA - There’s not just a football game Friday at Baldwin High School Stadium, where the Highlanders take on the North Hills Indians. There also will be a ceremony to induct three new members into the Baldwin High School Athletics Hall of Fame.

To even be considered for the honor, an individual has to be at least a WPIAL champion, PIAA champion or runner-up, Big 33 Football Classic selection, first-team all-state (The Associated Press or United Press International), an All-American, NCAA or NAIA championship team member, Olympics participant or a professional athlete for a minimum of one year in the highest recognized league in his or her sport.

  • David Adley: WPIAL Cross Country Champion, 2007
  • Brittney Edwards:
    • Track & Field - WPIAL Long Jump Champion, 2009
    • Track & Field - WPIAL Long Jump & Triple Jump Champion, 2010
  • Belma Nurkic: 1st Team All-State Basketball Champion & 1000 Point Scorer, 2010
