130 Vape Cartridges Seized After Delivery To Bensalem Home: Police

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —A 23-year-old Bensalem Township man faces numerous drug charges after police seized 130 vape cartridges that were delivered to his home Monday, police said.

Trudell George, 23, was charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, the Bensalem Township Police Department said.

At 11:30 a.m. Monday, the department's special investigations unit seized THC vape cartridges after monitoring the delivery of a USPS parcel at 1024 Burnley Court.

The parcel was found to contain 130 THC cartridges by U.S. postal agents while in transit, police said. These types of cartridges are commonly used in vape pens.

Police saw George take the package and enter the residence.

A search warrant was executed and the 130 THC cartridges along with 15 other cartridges were recovered, police said.

George was arraigned by District Justice Michael Gallagher and remanded to Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of 10 percent of $30,000 bail.
