2 Charged After Robbery At Bensalem Business
Bensalem Police said two men were identified after a May 14 robbery at a smoke and vape shop.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — Bensalem Police have charged two men in connection with a robbery last Thursday at the Cloud City Smoke and Vape Shop on Neshaminy Boulevard.
Police said officers responded at about 9:24 p.m. Thursday to the shop at 5421 Neshaminy Boulevard for a report that a robbery had just occurred.
When officers arrived, they determined that two men had entered the store at separate times before one of them, armed with a crowbar, announced a robbery and attempted to assault a store employee.

According to police, a brief struggle followed between the man with the crowbar and the employee. Police said the man then fled the store and was chased outside by the employee.
Both fled in a white BMW sedan, police said.

Through an investigation that included surveillance footage, License Plate Readers, and township intersection cameras,
Bensalem arrested and charged Ethan Maszczenski, 30, and Daniel McKay, 22, for robbery and other related charges.
Police said both Maszczenski and McKay had been taken into custody by the Philadelphia Police Department in an unrelated suspected robbery.
McKay was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Terrance P. Hughes Sr., according to police. Bail was set at 10 percent of $250,000, and McKay was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
Maszczenski is being held in Philadelphia at the Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility pending extradition to Bucks County.
