2 Police Officers To Head Bensalem Patrol Division
Bensalem Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo and Public Safety Director William McVey announced the promotions on Monday.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Bensalem Township Police Department has promoted two officers to supervisors.
Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo, Public Safety Director William McVey, and the Command Staff announced the promotions of Lt. Michael Brady and Sgt. Matthew Malcolm.
Both will now supervise the uniformed patrol division.

"Please help us congratulate and wish them good luck in their new supervisory positions with the Bensalem Township Police Department," police said.

- For over 40 years, the Bensalem Lions Club, Bensalem Department of Public Safety, Bensalem Township School District, and community volunteers have helped those in need during the holidays. On Dec. 16, the groups sponsored the Lions Club Annual Holiday Food Basket Program and aided about 400 local families.
- The Bensalem Township Police Benevolent Association and the Bensalem Township Police Department thanked the Christian Life Academy for their generous donation to the BTPBA on Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Day in honor of Deputy Director David Richardson, who lost his fierce battle with pancreatic cancer on May 11, 2022. Christian Life Academy has been a steadfast community partner with the Bensalem Township Police Department.
