ADA Curb Installation For 2 Weeks In Bensalem

PennDOT said the work is expected to begin Monday with periodic lane closures expected for motorists.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —ADA curb installation will take place in an area of the township starting Monday for the next two weeks, causing periodic lane closures, PennDOT said.

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said that the work should last a week.

  • Monday, May 15, through Friday, May 26, weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., periodic lane closures are scheduled at the Brown Avenue and Par Avenue Intersection in Bensalem Township for ADA curb ramp operations.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
