Bensalem detectives launched an investigation, reviewing closed-circuit television footage from inside the restaurant and using intersection cameras and a license plate reader to identify the suspect, who fled the scene in a newer-model Infiniti sedan.

Bensalem Police obtained an arrest warrant for McMahon, charging him with recklessly endangering another person, firearms not to be carried without a license, and other related offenses.

The Middletown Police Department later attempted to conduct a traffic stop on McMahon while he was driving the Infiniti sedan; however, he fled from police.

Police said McMahon should be considered armed and dangerous. Members of the public are advised not to approach and to contact the police immediately.

Anyone with information regarding McMahon’s whereabouts is urged to contact Bensalem Police at (215) 633-3719.
