Univest Bank and Trust Co. Apoints Catherine Siegelski as Manager of Bensalem Financial Service Center

SOUDERTON, Pa., November 13, 2012 – Univest Bank and Trust Co., subsidiary of Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (NASDAQ: UVSP), announced the appointment of Catherine Siegelski to manager of its Bensalem Financial Service Center (FSC). As manager of the Bensalem FSC, Siegelski is responsible for directing all sales, service and business development strategies in the Bensalem location as well as helping consumers and small
businesses achieve their financial goals. 

Siegelski brings 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to Univest. She joins Univest from Sovereign Bank where she held the position of branch
manager. She is actively involved in the community and volunteers her time to the Georgian Court University Chamber, Saint Stephan’s Church of Waretown, NJ and the American Red Cross. Siegelski resides in Waretown, NJ.
