Bensalem Police Seek Man Accused Of Forcing Juvenile Into Sex Acts

Bensalem Police are seeking the public's help to locate a man who they say forced a juvenile to perform sex acts on him.

Police are seeking Elias Ortega, 32. His last known address was on Station Ave in Bensalem.

According to police, a juvenile victim reported that Ortega forced her to perform sex acts on him. He also touched her inappropriately on several occasions, police said.

District Justice Gallagher has issued an arrest warrant for Elias Ortega. He has been charged with: Unlawful Contact with a Minor; Involuntary Deviant Sexual Intercourse; Indecent Assault and Indecent Exposure.

Ortega is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 160 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
