Bensalem Police Seek Man Who Allegedly Punched Child

Police in Bensalem are seeking a 30-year-old man accused of punching a child and beating him with a belt.

A warrant has been issued for Bernard Rosser III. According to police, a juvenile told Bensalem detectives that Rosser beat him with a belt and punched him in the chest.

Rosser is charged with endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and possession of an instrument of crime.

His last known address is listed as Waterview Lane in Philadelphia.
