Bensalem Police Seeking Car Thief

Police say the man walked to the bar area of a local hotel, took the victim's keys, then went outside and drove away in the victim's car.

BENSALEM, PA — Police in Bensalem are looking for a man they say grabbed a victim's keys at a local hotel bar, then stole the victim's car.

The incident happened on Monday, March 4, at the Holiday Inn at 3327 Street Rd.

According to police, the man entered the hotel's back entrance and went to the bar area, where he took the victim's car keys then left the building. He then drove away in the victim's blue, 2018 Hyundai Elantra, police say.

The man is described as a white male, about 35 years old, about 6' tall and weighing about 180 pounds. He had a dark, scruffy beard and was wearing a hat with snow flakes on it, a green and silver puffy winter jacket, blue jeans, black gloves and white sneakers.

He also was carrying a dark-colored Puma backpack, police say.
