Bensalem Township School District Names New IT Director
Shafer Middle School Principal William Incollingo Jr. replaces veteran IT director Roy Britton.

Bensalem Township School District's Shafer Middle School Principal William Incollingo Jr. will be taking on a new role with the school district.
Incollingo was recently appointed to become the district's Director of Instructional Technology, District-Wide Telecommunications/Security, replacing Roy Britton who is retiring after 41 years of serving the schools IT needs.
“I would like to thank the school board for giving me this opportunity. I would also like to recognize Mr. Roy Britton for all of his hard work over the last 30 plus years in leading and developing Bensalem Township School District’s Technology Department," Incollingo said in a statement. "I am looking forward to utilizing these experiences to engage the Bensalem Community in our schools and to provide our students with the 21st Century Skills necessary to be successful in the future.”

Incollingo earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Comprehensive Social Studies from LaSalle College and his Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Rider University. He also possesses a Certificate in Instructional Technology from Johns Hopkins University.
Incollingo was named principal at Robert K. Shafer Middle School in Bensalem in 20014 and he previously served as assistant principal at Cecelia Snyder Middle School and Bensalem High School.
