Car Catches Fire On PA Turnpike In Bensalem
The Nottingham Fire Department handled an accident in which a car caught fire besides a house fire in a separate incident on Saturday.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —The Nottingham Fire Department handled an accident with a fire on the Pennsylvania Turnpike along with a house fire in a separate incident on Saturday.
Fire Department Engine 65 was transmitted with Station 2 at 7: 33 a.m. Saturday for a reported accident with a fire on the eastbound Pennsylvania Turnpike
Fire crews reported that the car was off the road and engulfed in flames.

Meanwhile, Ladder 65 was dispatched at 5:38 a.m. Saturday with Station 16 for a reported house fire.
Bensalem Command reported smoke from the roof.

Crews reported a fire in the ceiling with minimal extension. Ladder 65 assisted with ventilation.
The Bensalem Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the fire.
