Child Pornography Charges Filed Against Bensalem Man
Bensalem Police Tuesday seized computers and electronic devices from Michael Nacci, who said the child pornography images belonged to him.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA —A Bensalem Township man faces child pornography charges after police seized computers and other electronic devices where images had been stored.
In August 2023, Bensalem Police Detectives received information that a Google account had uploaded and saved multiple child pornography images.
An investigation confirmed that the images were in fact child pornography.

Further investigation linked the Google account with a specific Comcast IP address that was registered to Michael Nacci of the 2800 block of Windsor Drive.
On Tuesday, police executed a search warrant at the address and seized numerous computers, tablets, and external storage devices as evidence.

Nacci told police that the Google account in question belonged to him and he did in fact upload the child pornography images.
Nacci was arrested and charged with felony possession of child pornography and related offenses.
He was arraigned by District Justice Brian Marriott and bail was set at $75,000 with 10 percent and committed to Bucks County Prison.
