BENSALEM, PA — Are old phones, laptops or other electronics piling up around your place? Well, Bensalem has planned an event that could help.
An electronics recycling event in Bensalem Township has been scheduled for Monday through Saturday, May 13-18. The event is for Bensalem residents only (no businesses) and will be held at the public works department at 3800 Hulmeville Rd.
Recycling will be open 7:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m.-2 p.m. on Saturday.

Items that will be accepted include:
- Desktop and laptop computers, keyboards and mice
- Printers and fax machines, toner and ink cartridges
- Cables and cords
- cellphone and laptop batteries
- phones
- calculators and adding machines
- DVD players, VCRs and gaming consoles
- televisions and computer monitors
