NJ recording artist Dave Pettigrew to give Hurricane Irene benefit concert on Saturday, October 8, 2011 in Bensalem, PA

BENSALEM, PA: On October 8, 2011, Dave Pettigrew will be having a fundraising concert at the Conquering Grounds Café in Bensalem, PA to benefit the Hurricane Irene relief efforts in Patterson, NJ. All proceeds from the fundraiser will go to "The Relief Bus" an organization based in New Jersey.

"The Relief Bus" is an organization that has customized two former school buses into resource centers to help the poor and homeless by serving food.

Money will be raised with every sale of CD's, T-Shirts, and all other pieces of merchandise sold that evening, as well as donations taken throughout the evening.

For those unable to attend the event, all sales of Dave Pettigrew CDs on his Indieheaven page will be donated to the cause from now until October 15, 2011.
