I would like to share with you a 5k run that will take place on September 30th 2012 at 9:00am at Red Lion and Academy Roads (across from the 8th police district) in NE Phila.
It is a fundraiser for a forming charter high school that is focusing on children who want to enter the public safety profession: police, fire, ems, military and the intelligence community. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds are being donated to the Survivors Benefit, and the US Navy SEALs Foundation.
It would be great to see you on the 30th! Could you please help spread the word; we can use all the support possible.
