Fairless Hills Father Of 5 Identified As Victim Of Fatal Industrial Accident

The victim of a fatal industrial accident Monday in Bensalem has been identified as 57-year-old Rodger Cieri of Fairless Hills.

Authorities have identified the victim of a fatal industrial accident Monday in Bensalem as 57-year-old Rodger Cieri of Fairless Hills.

Cieri died of blunt trauma to the trunk at Samuel Grossi & Sons Inc. on State Road, according to a report in the Bucks County Courier Times.

The report said Cieri was discovered under a steel beam by coworkers. The accident is under investigation.

Cieri's obituary says he was a father of five. Services are scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 21.

Rodger Cieri passed away suddenly on January 16, 2016. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. He is survived by his wife Denise Cieri, his 5 children, Rodger Cieri, Brianna Cieri, Jimmy Aiello (Bonnie), Amber Verna (Jason), Colt Aiello (Stacie Tertel), 8 grandchildren and many friends. He is preceded in death by his son Adam Aiello.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Jane Cieri, his siblings, Charles Cieri, Tyrone Cieri, Sonny (Judson) Cieri, Richard Cieri and Karen Steffon. He is survived by siblings, Thomas Cieri (Jessica), Marlene Cieri, and Nicholas Cieri (Cindy).

Friends and family are welcome to attend services Friday, January 20th at Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol-Oxford Valley Rd., Levittown, PA 19057 between 6 – 8 pm at the Galzerano Funeral Home, 3500 Bristol – Oxford Valley Road, Levittown, PA 19057 and Saturday, January 21st at St Frances Cabrini 325 S Oxford Valley Rd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030 from 8 – 9:30 am. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.
