Father Ran Drug Dealing Operation With Teen Son In Bensalem: Police

Bensalem Police are looking for a father-son duo who they say were running a marijuana distribution operation from their home.

Police say 44-year-old William Bechtel Sr. and his teen son were packaging and selling marijuana from their home on Claremont Avenue.

"This family business was shut down and warrants were issued for William Bechtel Sr. and William Bechtel Jr. by District Justice Gallagher," police said in an announcement.

Bechtel Jr. is 18, according to information from police.

The pair is charged with delivery with intent to manufacture or deliver as controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver drug parphernalia, criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communication facility

Police are asking anyone with information about the location of either Bechtel to contact them at (215) 633-3719.
